From Our Editors

The kitchen team at Zagora whips up a menu of traditional Moroccan cuisine, serving up tagines, kebabs and couscous dishes. The restaurant is conveniently located close to Birmingham New Street station, and supplies lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday. Special occasions can be celebrated with performances from professional belly dancers, and the atmosphere is set with Arabic, Turkish and Greek music to boot.

I ordered a £10.50 main of mixed grill platter, paid extra for it and it was only 1 kebab and 1 skewer of chicken bits and a small portion of chip. Very poor value for money.

Great food and service, immaculately clean. Cozy atmosphere. Would definately go back and recommend to others. Wish the restaraunt was in better position. Walking through the rather tatty mall was a little off putting

I would say it isn't in a very nice area, I wouldn't've wanted to go with just the girls!

It's not somewhere you would know to go but now I've been I would definitely return. I have also told my friends and family as even without a voucher it's very good value for money but most importantly excellent food.

A choice of a light refreshing sorbet rather than just British fruit salad for dessert would have made more authentic and it a nicer finish to the lovely dinner.

We went on a Tuesday for my birthday. Only 2 other people in there! Lacked atmosphere and service could've been better. Didn't realise you could bring your own wine either. Food was tasty but a little basic. Their wine was ok but cheap and not much choice. Would go again but on a weekend night.
