Sustainability and local produce is at the heart of Iglu, a restaurant and bar situated close to Edinburgh's city centre. With a quirky bar downstairs and a dining area upstairs, guests can feast in varied surroundings with friends or family, or even organise private functions or parties. Artisan malt whiskies, traditional Scottish liqueurs and organic wines are served behind the bar, alongside an array of craft beers. Wine tasting events are also held regularly, and locals can also pick up local produce from the bar.
