Opened in 1987, Squires Kitchen International Cookery School teaches the art of cake decorating and sugarcraft. Squires first opened in Beverley Dutton’s kitchen, and the first product Beverley developed was SK Petal Powder, a flower paste which secured the company’s first British Patent. Since then, Beverley and her husband Robert have built the company together. Squires also has an online shop, a magazine publishing division, and a book-publishing division.
