Army Boot Camp Fitness provide 60 minute outdoor fitness classes across London, based on military physical training. The sessions are run with 10-15 minute warm up, followed by the main portion of the class, where everyone is split into 3 groups depending on their fitness level, followed by a cool down at the end. The participants are given a red, yellow or green bib according to their fitness level (red being the least fit and green the most) allowing everyone to get a workout which is right for them. A typical session may include a joint run, followed by sprints, press ups, sit ups and dips but every session is different. Army Boot Camp Fitness can also be hired to organise company team building days. All of the instructors are fully qualified and have served in the British Army, Navy, RAF or T.A. The typical participant to instructor ratio is normally no more than 15:1. Army Boot Camp Fitness recommend that classes are attended regularly (about twice a week) in order to see the maximum benefit. The classes are aimed to build confidence levels, stamina, motivation and cardiovascular fitness. Classes are available at various times and locations from as early as 6.15am and as late as 7pm and occur on both weekdays and weekends all year round. The classes take place at Highbury fields in north London and at Wanstead park and Victoria park in East London.
