Cigalon brings Provencal cuisine to London. Situated on Chancery Lane just off from The Strand and within walking distance of Covent Garden, Cigalon offers a range of dishes hailing from Provence in the South of France with a menu changing monthly according to what ingredients are available during the season. Fish and meat specials are prepared on the large grill, which is the centrepiece of the restaurant’s open-plan kitchen. The wine list is exclusively French and has an extensive selection of Provençal and Corsican ones, as well as the likes of big-hitters from Bordeaux, Burgundy and beyond. A sommelier’s wine pairing can be provided with the tasting menu and the restaurant prides itself on offering spirits from low-key producers.
