Managers customer service was awful. I went with my sister and our bookings were one after the other rather than at the same time which is what I thought I had booked online. The online booking system was very poorly laid out. The lady who did the actual massage was good, however you could hear a lot of noise from outside and the room was quite small. Also there was building works going on and we didn't have access to a toilet!- no prior warning about that... Overall was not a good experience. The worst bit of it was the manager arguing with me after I had just had quite a good massage! Not what you need to keep you in a relaxed mood. I'll definitely try elsewhere next time.
