Southern Italian food is on the menu at Sartori, with the speciality being the metre-long pizzas with a wide assortment of toppings. The wood-fire oven pizzas are made with dough shipped in from Italy and then aged at the restaurant for flavour. Close to both Covent Garden and Leicester Square Tube stations, the eatery brings traditional Italian flavour to the capital. Pasta, fish and meat dishes also fill the menu, along with antipasti and decadent desserts.
