Not exactly what we expected, Fell short of the level of service we receive in most of the other hotels we have had afternoon tea. Bitterly disappointed considering the location & the fact that this was a present for my brother& his wife for their wedding anniversary.

The decor needs upgrading such as the chairs in restaurant which were tattered. The staff were fantastic and made our afternoon tea experience really good.
