Good visit to Arden.
Easy to find!
Spa facilities on the small side & hotel/restaurant slightly dated in style. Perhaps it's meant to be like that?
Changing rooms are cramped with only one bench in mens room, patience required.
Pool & jacuzzi on small side, steam room and cold bucket were super.
Afternoon tea was brill, great range & drinks, very filling!

Overall experience was ok. Entrance to Hotel came up very quickly on the A45. Reception service was ok. Incorrect info given for parking. Changing rooms were a disappointment, just a small open place in the corner near the door. The Jacuzzi, pool and steam/sauna were excellent. Afternoon Tea was amazing, everything lovely and fresh. Jane who served our table was absolutely amazing, & attentive.
