Consultation will involve a discussion of your presenting issue and medical history, followed by an examination to identify to the best type of treatment to suit your needs, incorporating your preferences. 

Following the initial consultation and examination we will provide a report with your findings, diagnosis, and recommendations, as well as prescribe individualized exercises via an app online.

The first treatment will consist of a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, mobilizations, stretches, and if appropriate adjunctive techniques such as dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue release, and taping techniques. You will be given advice and shown self-management and exercises as appropriate to maximize the benefits of treatment.
