St Luke’s Hospice Mud Run
Organised by St Luke’s Hospice, this event sees runners aged 16 and above tackle an 8km course filled with 30 obstacles. The route winds through Hertfordshire’s countryside and tests participants’ mettle with hurdles including 10m tunnel slides, invert walls, mud crawls and hidden obstacles that involve participants being fully immersed in water. The course is suitable to people with all levels of fitness and you can run on your own or as part of a team.There will be plenty of rides, refreshments and entertainment at the village along with a beer tent to celebrate with your family and friends!
St Luke’s Hospice help people with terminal illnesses in providing them the best quality of life, as well as supporting their families and carers. By raising just £60 from customers, this will enable a patient to access high quality hospice care in their familiar surroundings.
