The staff at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton were very helpful throughout the booking, reservation and experience, particularly around C-19 precautions.
We had a lovely Spa day with afternoon tea and would thoroughly recommend to others.

Lovely afternoon tea and amazing treatment. However, pool facilities were a little tired and no ‘policing’ of the sauna and steam room despite needing to book at arrival so others were using them at our booked time.

It was a really lovely breakfast (the Prosecco went down far to easily for that time of the morning) and the facilities were great. They were doing a big refurbishment at the time we went and that meant things weren’t as quite tidy as they could be, but it didn’t affect our enjoyment. The only thing that would have made it better would have been some relaxation beds away from the pool.

At the groupon price it wasn’t a bad day out. The food was lovely, but the spa is very limited, and in desperate need of some TLC.
