This was an amazing day out. We ended up an hour early but Felicity was really accommodating and let us go early. We walked with Bob and Yogi who were both gems and really showed their personalities. Felicity was a fab host and her knowledge of the alpacas was exceptional. As it was quiet she also took us on a tour of the stables and introduced us to all the other alpacas they have. Staff in the cafe were lovely and the food was great too. We ended our experience on a picnic blanket in front of the pond to soak up the sun and the beautiful scenery. Overall, a fab day and I would recommend this to anyone!
Brilliant experience being so close to these lovely animals. Great staff and wonderful scenery.
Couldn't fault anything.
This was a fantastic experience, well organised and personal. I would definitely do this again!
Fantastic! Money well spent on such a great day out. Luckily we got the weather but even so host Margot was brilliant and the alpacas 🦙 just as brilliant. Thank you for a very pleasurable experience
Amazing!! Staff were friendly and we had a really lovely time.
Worth every single penny, we’ve been 3 times.
Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Knowledgeable and welcoming staff, beautiful surroundings and it was clear the alpacas are extremely well cared for. Little snack in the cafe afterwards also very tasty.

Expensive for what it was even with the Groupon Discount. On arrival, you are advised of the £2 extra for two bags of feed per Alpaca on top of what you have already paid. Apparently, you need two bags of feed for the Alpaca walk. The refreshments inc in the Groupon deal are for orange/blackcurrant juice for the children in a plastic cup or a basic tea/coffee for the adults. Limited parking down an uneven dirt track. Kids enjoyed it, although the 90 minute experience was actually less than an hour.
