Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the voucher. You are only permitted to use one voucher for yourself, whether it is purchased by you or by somebody else. If the phone line is busy, please leave a voicemail with your details, stating a good time to call you back. Present printed Groupon on arrival. Must be 18 or older. Excludes bank holidays, previous Happy Health Clinics patients, and those wanting a singular one-off session from the clinic. Booking occurs in two phases. Firstly, you will be required to send a picture of the verrucas/warts by email and also include a contact number for the clinic to call you back. This will verify customers suitability for treatment. The clinic will then call you back and explain the condition and the treatments, please allow at least 10 minutes for this call. Follow-up treatments will be required and occur at two weeks intervals, these treatments will be charged at the normal price. If unsuitable for treatment, a full refund will be provided. Any topical treatments (e.g. salicylic acid) existing on the verruca, must be removed before sending the picture. Therapist-client confidentiality privileges apply excluding intent to harm.
