Kickboxing or Tabata available dates:
Monday: 6.15pm Tabata only
Monday: 6:15pm kickboxing only
Wednesday: 6.15pm Tabata only
Saturday: 12pm Kickboxing only
Class Duration 1 hour.

- Kickboxing is a well-rounded practice with numerous benefits. Not only is it a great way to keep fit, you will also learn valuable self-defence skills that will provide increased confidence as you go about your daily life.
At Springhealth, our aim is to provide kickboxing classes that are accessible, whatever your fitness level and previous experience. We do provide Beginners Kickboxing classes for students that have never tried it before, but our main kickboxing classes are tailored to your ability, and aim to allow you to achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
Tabata is one of the most effective High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) methods out there. Combining cardio, strength and conditioning, it is a great way to train your whole body, switch up your usual workout and get fighting fit.
