If participants have ever dreamed of making their own clothes, this workshop is the perfect place to begin.

They will build confidence in fundamental dressmaking techniques, guided step by step toward creating their own garments. This experience serves as the first step in a lifelong creative journey.

During the workshop, attendees will be guided by a tutor with over 25 years of experience in bespoke design and haute couture. With expert instruction, they will explore essential dressmaking techniques and establish a strong foundation for future creations.

Participants are invited to enjoy a relaxing and inspiring evening of creativity. They can purchase a drink from the bar and savour a complimentary individual mini charcuterie board while unwinding and creating.

This workshop will cover the essential steps of cutting a block pattern, laying down the pattern correctly, and understanding proper fabric layout techniques. Participants will also assemble a miniature dress to gain practical insight into how a pattern comes together during construction. Please note that this is a hand-sewing workshop — no machine sewing is involved. All materials and equipment are fully provided.
