The Deal
The Yoga Pilates Place offers five 60-minute yoga classes, with several variations possible (usually £18 per class). Hot classes are taught in a studio heated above room temperature, where guests will bend and stretch their body into yoga positions under the gentle guidance of an instructor. Meanwhile, reformers Pilates concentrates on the ‘powerhouse’ parts of the body, namely the abs, lower back, hips and buttocks; and mat Pilates takes a broader approach, aiming to improve flexibility and general strength across the body. Mat Fusion is also available, and is made up of a mixture of yoga and Pilates exercises.

The team at The Yoga Pilates Place aim to focus on improving mind and body awareness, core strength and flexibility. Nine types of yoga are taught, including half trapeze, vinyasa, ashtanga and power pilates, and participants are encouraged to try the different sessions.
