The Deal
Taking place at a choice of locations across the capital, these classes teach participants how to defend themselves against the ten most common street attacks. Students are also taught fighting techniques, how to defend themselves on the ground and weapons defences. Sessions take inspiration from a range of fighting techniques, and cover self-defence in a number of environments, from crowded spaces to cars, nightclubs and buses.

About Urban Krav Maga
With several locations across the capital, Urban Krav Maga aims to teach participants how to defend themselves in various scenarios. Drawing on inspiration from various fighting styles including karate, boxing and jiu jitsu, the sessions teach participants how to stay one step ahead of attackers, and are therefore suitable for men and women of all abilities. Classes are held on weekday afternoons and evenings at a number of city-centre locations, including Covent Garden, Borough and Southwark.
