The salon was really nice and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and polite. However the eyelash extensions are quite terrible. I get individual eyelashes done quite often so I know what to usually expect. 'Individual eyelash extensions' suggests you will be receiving the treatment whereby one extension is bonded to one natural eyelash, one at a time until you have a full natural looking set. Even an experienced eyelash technician should take around 90 minutes. What I actually received at Bounce was express lashes, which is a totally different treatment and typically costs around £20 anywhere. So unfortunately it wasn't even a good deal for the treatment I received, since the Groupon at Bounce is £32, which I only paid because the advert said 'individual eyelash extensions' which typically cost around £50. At Bounce, my treatment was completed in 15 minutes and all of my eyelashes are completely stuck together in clumps of glue. The eyelashes were attached with no precision and they appear very unnatural and almost look like strip lashes. And because they are all stuck together they are very uncomfortable and making my eyelid sore. I'm going to remove them today. Instead of advertising individual eyelash extensions, it should be stated that the treatment is express eyelashes. I feel that I was mislead by the description.
