Sessions vary between location and trainer but they all put an emphasis on fun and focus on key elements of fitness, such as speed, stamina and strength. A varied set of exercises is used to help engage the major muscle groups and push campers past their self-imposed limits.
What are the credentials of the instructors?
Each instructor has either served, or is currently serving, in the Armed Forces. They complement their experiences with a variety of fitness qualifications and put them to the test in an enjoyable but no-nonsense environment.

The team have sessions running at over 130 UK-wide locations throughout the week. They make use of the UK's myriad parks and greens, adapting them into outdoor gyms.
