Whether seeking to build core strength of just to clear one’s mind, visitors to Red Sky Yoga can embark on a course of ten fitness classes. Options range from energetic yogacise workouts to tranquil meditation and relaxation sessions.

Hatha yoga (Mon 10am-11am, 6pm-7pm; Tue midday-1pm)
Yogacise (Tue 6pm-6.45pm; Fri 10am-10.45am)
Pilates (Thu 6pm-6.45pm)
Yoga stretch and strengthen (Fri 10am-10.45am)
Meditation and relaxtion (Fri 11am-11.30am)

Red Sky Yoga offers classes in various varieties of yoga and related disciplines, and also performs holistic therapies such as reiki and Swedish massage. Yoga sessions are available both in groups and on a one-to-one basis at the centre, which is situated in the heart of Sale.
