Customers can mix and match five classes (usually £12 per class) including Tabata interval training sessions or traditional kickboxing classes designed to target aerobic fitness with intense routines. Alternatively, guests can get involved with a six-week kickboxing course where they will move through the first six kicks, punches, and basic defensive moves, learners aim to advance their skills to white belt status by the end of the course. If traditional boxing sounds more attractive, a similar six-week course can have pupils floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee.
