About This Deal
Itinerary
We will meet at Camber Sands and start an approx. 2. hour wellness experience including yoga on the beach, mindful walk and meditation.
A yoga flow is a moving meditation on the beach taking in the beautiful views and sounds of nature, you will also work through breathwork and meditation to embed the experience and set intentions to take into your daily life.
Yoga will be taught by an expert teacher and is suitable for all levels.
Guests will leave feeling refreshed, restored and better equipped to tackle life's challenges.
You will need to bring a yoga mat, yoga clothes and water.
Outdoor yoga is subject to the weather, if this is not suitable we will contact you to rearrange or refund the experience.
