Q&A with EDF
How do I use my EDF offers?
Click on the offer of your choice and copy the code, if provided. Follow our link to the EDF website and click ‘Get a Quote’. Enter your details to get your quote and select your chosen tariff. There will be a box for you to enter your promo code beneath your order summary - don't forget to click 'Apply' after entering it! Or, if no code is required, your savings will be automatically applied.
How many meter readings should I give EDF a year?
The number of meter readings you will need to send depends on how you pay your bills and by which method. Click on your payment method to find out how many meter readings you need to give.
How does EDF work out my Direct Debit payments?
EDF estimate how much energy they think you'll use over a year, based on past meter readings, or the type of property and number of people in your home. They then divide your estimated annual cost by 12 to work out how much you should pay by Direct Debit each month.
How often will I get an EDF energy bill when I pay by Direct Debit?
You will get an annual bill at the end of your 12-month billing period. You will also get a bill half-way through the period if you submit your meter reading on time.
EDF should remind you when a meter reading is due.
