There's a great range of delivery options available at Kickers

First and foremost, UK customers will be happy to hear that standard delivery comes free of charge, with Kickers aiming to deliver your order within five working days. Deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays), though they may in some instances take place on a Saturday, depending on your local sorting office.

UK Express Delivery costs £5.95. If you order before 9.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays), your items will be delivered the following day. If your order is placed after 9.00pm on Friday, your order will arrive on the following Tuesday. Kickers will send an email on the scheduled delivery day to let you know what time to expect your parcel.

Returns made easy at Kickers

You have 30 days from your receipt of the item to make a return if you wish. Please complete the returns form (you’ll find this on your dispatch note), indicating the reason for the return. Then put all items you want to return in their original packaging, remembering to enclose the completed returns form. Secure the parcel well, and then attach one of the peel-off address labels enclosed with your purchase. You can use either the Royal Mail or Collect+ postage labels - simply choose the service that’s most convenient for you.
