How can I activate my Medino discount code?

We keep our page well-stocked with Medino deals – they’re really easy to use:

1. Pick out an offer by clicking on the green ‘See Code’ or ‘Get Deal’ button.
2. When there’s a Medino code, it’ll appear in a pop-up window for you to copy and then continue to the website by clicking ‘Shop Now’.
3. If the offer relates to a sale, we’ll redirect you to the relevant page with the offer automatically applied to the prices.
4. Discount codes aren’t added at the checkout – you’ll need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click the ‘Apply discount code’ link.
5. From that page, enter the Medino voucher code and click ‘Apply’.

If you’re part of the NHS, you can save 10% on each Medino order. All you have to do is log in or create an account on the Health Service Discounts website.

Medino delivery methods

Most Medino orders are shipped with Evri, but you can also choose Royal Mail or DX at the checkout. Evri has the lowest minimum spend requirement for free shipping:

1. Evri Tracked: £3.49 or free on orders over £20 (2-3 working days).
2. Evri Tracked 24: £4.99 or £1.49 on orders over £20 or free on orders over £30 (1-2 working days).

Medino refunds & returns

You’ll need to email info@medino.com within 14 days of receiving your order to check whether your order is eligible for a refund. All items should be in their original condition: unused and unopened. Medino currently doesn’t cover the delivery costs for returning items.
