Is there free parking at Paignton Zoo?

Paignton Zoo has free parking for more than a thousand cars, including a number of convenient disabled parking bays for Blue Badge holders. There’s also a drop-off and pick-up area at the entrance for your convenience.

How do I use Paignton Zoo vouchers?

Once you’ve got your voucher, follow our link through to Paignton Zoo’s website. Enter the date of your visit and select your ticket type, then enter your voucher code into the box provided when prompted to. If you’re planning on purchasing your entrance upon arrival, let the cashier know when you arrive that you’ll be using your discount code. Make sure to either save the voucher to your phone or print it off and bring it with you!

Does Paignton Zoo offer a student discount?

Admission for students (and senior citizens) is cheaper than regular entry, at £14.45. Make sure to remember to bring a valid NUS card to prove your study status.

What are Paignton Zoo’s opening hours?

Paignton Zoo opens at 10:00am every single day of the year, except for Christmas Day. Full opening hours are available online.

Can I bring my dog with me to Paignton Zoo?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed to come with you on your visit, as they can spook some of the other animals. Registered support animals, such as Disability Support Dogs, Seizure Alert Dogs and Guide Dogs for the Blind, are the exception to this rule.

What is Paignton Zoo’s refund policy?

Once you have made your booking online, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, even in cases of inclement weather, as the zoo will remain open during these periods.
