If you’re not in love with your Papa John’s pizza, the Quality Guarantee allows you to exchange your pizza for a fresh one, provided no more than 2 slices have been eaten. For collection orders, the Quality Guarantee can only be claimed in-store at the time of collection or within the first half hour of having picked up the order. There will also be a delivery charge applied. All delivery orders will need to ring up within 30 minutes of delivery to receive a new pizza.
