You can book a trip through various links on their website - browse for tickets and select 'Book Now' or visit their Journey Planner to fill in your trip details. From there they’ll offer you prices, simply select your ticket and head to the checkout.

Can I arrange assisted travel?

Yes, just book your tickets like normal and then get in touch with their customer service team at 0800 028 2878 or assistedtravel@abelliogreateranglia.co.uk at least 24 hours before you travel. They can help with anything from wheelchair access to heavy luggage or travelling with children.

How will I get my ticket from Stansted Express?

There are a number of options available for you to receive your tickets from Stansted Express. They’ll send you an email with your tickets on and you can either use them in the Stansted Express app, your Apple Wallet, or print off the PDF to have a paper copy. Screenshots are not accepted.

What ages are covered by a child's fare?

Any children that are under 5 can travel for free, then children from 5 to 15 can get a reduced rate with the child fare tickets.

Can I cancel my tickets from Stansted Express?
