How do I use my ATG promo code?
Select the offer you want to redeem and copy the code that appears in the popup window. If it's a deal without a code, don't stress - it's an automatic discount, so you don't have to do a thing! You'll be redirected to the ATG site - here, select your show and seats, and sign into your account when prompted. You'll be able to enter your applicable code on the payment page.
When will my ATG Tickets arrive?
Your tickets will arrive no later than 5 days before your show. If you haven’t received them a week before your scheduled performance, contact ATG and they will be able to arrange duplicates to be available at the Box Office for you. You’ll be able to check whether your tickets have been sent out through your ATG online account.
What is the ATG Tickets exchange policy?
You may be able to exchange your tickets for an alternative date or performance depending on availability. You can only exchange tickets for the same show run and venue and must complete the exchange at least 48 hours before the performance.
