When will my Ticketmaster purchase arrive?

Once you’ve purchased your tickets with your Ticketmaster vouchers, it’s likely you’ll be eagerly anticipating their arrival. Ticketmaster aims to dispatch tickets within 10 days of booking. If you haven’t received your tickets by five days before your event or 5 days before you leave to travel to your event, please contact Ticketmaster for help.

Can I get a refund on my Ticketmaster purchase?

It is dependent on the event provider whether tickets are available for a refund. If the provider is participating in the Ticketmaster Fan Guarantee, tickets are fully refundable for three days after purchase and up until one week before the event.

Can I buy a Ticketmaster gift card online?

You can buy a physical Ticketmaster gift card or an e-gift card from the Ticketmaster gift cards page.

If my Ticketmaster event is cancelled or rescheduled, will I receive a refund?

As soon as Ticketmaster is informed that an event has been cancelled, the refund process will start automatically. If an event is rescheduled, Ticketmaster will advise you of the details and present the options available.

My Ticketmaster ticket has my name on it, but it is a gift - will it be accepted?

The cardholder’s name will automatically print out on each ticket received by email. This cannot be changed, but in the majority of cases, the cardholder will not have to attend the event. If a show does require a cardholder to attend, Ticketmaster will make this clear during the booking process as well as send email reminders in the lead-up to the event.
