What delivery policy to Dwell have?

Dwell aim to deliver your order within 7 days and 2 weeks to outlying areas; and to deliver to all main UK cities 7 days a week.

When booking your order online they’ll automatically give you the next available delivery slot for your area with the ability to change it should that not be suitable. When placing your order in-store or over the phone the Sales Team will also be able to give you the next available delivery slot for your area. On the morning of the day of your delivery your driver will call you with an estimated time of arrival., and will call you again one hour before delivery. You can call the order line on 0345 675 9090 if you need to speak to your driver at any time.

Smaller parcel orders are delivered by a courier service, normally within 5 days.

Can I return items to Dwell?

You can request a full refund upon receipt of a written request within 14 days starting the day after the day you receiving your goods. You may open the item but are under a duty of care to ensure that it is not used, assembled or damaged in anyway and that all packaging is returned.

Refunds can only be made back to the card used to make the original purchase and once your return has been approved Dwell will process the refund within 5 to 7 working days.

Do Dwell products come with a guarantee?

Dwell offer a 10-year guarantee on sofas against manufacturing defects on the construction of the frame and frame springs. They also cover your sofa for 2 years against any defects which may arise under normal use and through faulty factory workmanship including sofa bed and recliner mechanisms.

Occasional, dining and bedroom furniture come with a 2 year guarantee under normal use, and mattresses have a 5 year guarantee under normal use.
