Go Ape raining refund policy

A day out at Go Ape makes a great activity for a rainy day. However, if the weather gets so extreme that Go Ape has to cancel or postpone your booking, you will be offered a full refund.

Using your Go Ape discount code

Once you’ve got selected the deal you want to redeem and copied the code, head over to the Go Ape site and choose your location and the adventure you want and click ‘Book Now’. Enter the details of your booking, such as your location and number of guests, then enter your personal details and address. Enter your discount code in the box underneath this, then head through to payment with your discount applied.

Go Ape age restrictions

For Tree Top Adventure and Forest Segway, the minimum age is 10 years. Tree Top Junior is open to all ages, and for Zip Trekking Adventure, the minimum age is 13 years. Please see the Who Can Go Ape section on the FAQs page for more info.

If your plans have changed and you need to alter your booking, you can amend numbers and cancel the booking with no fees up to 7 business days before the date of your visit.
