What’s the Hamleys delivery policy?
Free delivery is given on orders over £45, valid on standard delivery UK mainland orders only, excluding large items delivered directly from Hamleys’ suppliers.
Hamleys deliver to all addresses in the United Kingdom from £3.99
They operate a premium 24-hour Parcel Force courier service for most addresses in the UK. This 24 hour service begins when orders are dispatched from the warehouse. For these orders you will receive a dispatch email including a tracking number. If you have provided Hamleys with a mobile number you will receive free SMS texts updating you on your delivery and options to change your delivery. These options include delivery to a local post office or neighbours address.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, unless a premium service has been selected (excluding Bank Holidays) and require a signature.
Larger items, primarily outdoor or ride-on products are shipped directly from Hamleys’ partners and may take longer to arrive. Larger toys are generally only shipped within mainland UK and expected delivery times are included within the product pages.

How do I enquire about the availability of a toy at Hamleys?
Complete the enquiry form, ensuring you provide the product name, price (if known) and the product make. Your enquiry will then be forwarded to the Customer Service Team who will provide you with details.
