What delivery options are available with Tumble Tots?

Standard Delivery costs £2.95 for orders up to the value of £10, and £4.95 otherwise.

Tumble Tots try to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability, and UK orders are usually delivered within 5 working days. Parcels delivered using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or DPD require a signature.

Please note postage and packing fees are charged at the rate due before any discounts are applied (e.g. for an £11.00 order reduced to £9.90 after a discount is applied, the p&p will be charged at the rate due for £11.00 i.e. £4.95).

Express Deliveries are available to the UK mainland at a cost of £7.50. Place your order by 1pm to receive it the next working day.

Express delivery orders will be delivered using DPD, and you will be emailed details of your tracking number so that you can track your parcel and a separate email providing you with a 1 hour delivery window. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Can I return items to Tumble Tots?

You can return items within 28 days of the goods being received. Goods must be returned unused in the original condition that you received them. Please remember to obtain a proof of posting from your post office. You will be refunded for the goods and the standard postage charge once your returned items have been received.
