What delivery options are available with Sweaty Betty?

Standard UK delivery is free when you spend over £85; otherwise it’s £4. UK standard delivery orders are sent using DPD. Once your parcel has been collected by DPD (usually within 2 working days of placing your order) you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or text message to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse and will be with you the following day.

Click and Collect is free of charge. This service is available for all products and from all Sweaty Betty shops, except their Harrods and Selfridges concessions.

Next Day delivery costs £6. Order before 1pm from Monday to Thursday for your order to arrive before 12pm the next day by DPD. Unfortunately Sweaty Betty do not currently offer weekend deliveries. Any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend by next day delivery will arrive to you on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

Can I return items to Sweaty Betty?

Free UK returns are available on any full price and sale item returned in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.

To make a return, please complete the returns section on the front of your invoice using the returns codes listed. Enclose this form with the unwanted items in the reusable Sweaty Betty mailing bag. Use the self-adhesive returns label, found on the front of the invoice, to address your parcel. This label covers the cost of your return if you are within the UK. If you are outside the UK please add postage as required.
