Free delivery with Vision Express

Great news—you’ll get free next day delivery on all Vision Express orders! This means no waiting around for your new frames or regular lenses. Just be aware that if you’ve reordered lenses outside of the subscription program, you’ll have to wait a few extra days for your prescription to be verified first.

Vision Express free returns

If you’ve changed your mind about your sunglasses or contacts, you can return them for a refund within 30 days, as long as they haven’t been opened or worn. Just use the online returns portal to generate a label, and post your items back as directed.

Vision Express free lifelong service

Once you’ve found the perfect pair of glasses, it’s important to make sure they are maintained well. All in-store purchased Vision Express glasses and sunglasses come with a free lifetime service, which includes adjustment and pad replacements, screw tightening and a free clean and polish. This is an unlimited service, so you can enjoy maintenance as often as you like!
