How do I use my Co-op discount code?

Select an offer, copy the code if one is provided, and follow the link to the Co-op website where you can shop for your goods. Enter your postcode into the search bar to check that your address is eligible for home delivery, and choose a delivery or collection slot before you start to shop. All that’s left to do is paste your code into the appropriate box at checkout and finalise your discounted payment.

If no code is supplied with your order, check the small print to find out how to claim your savings. You may find your discount is applied automatically or you could need to show your coupon in-store.

How much does Co-op Food charge for delivery?

If you spend a minimum of £25 in-store, select Co-op outlets will deliver your shop to your house for free. Additionally, certain areas may be eligible for the Co-op on-demand grocery service where you can spend a minimum of £15 online and have it delivered to your home within 60 minutes, starting from just 99p!

What is the Co-op Food returns policy?

You can return most Co-op items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The exceptions to this rule include fresh or frozen product, unwrapped packages of food, and newspapers. Items of this nature will only be eligible for a refund if they are damaged or faulty.
