How do I use my Fetch voucher code?

Select the offer you want to redeem - if there's a code, copy it or keep it handy. Follow the link through to the Fetch website and complete your shop. Follow the checkout steps when you're ready - there's an option to enter your code on the payment page.

When will my Fetch delivery arrive?

Don’t like waiting around? No worries - nominate a one-hour delivery slot at the time and day that works for you. You can also opt for next day delivery, for which you’ll be allocated a time slot and emailed with the details. It’s free for orders over £29, or otherwise costs £2.99.

What is the Fetch returns policy?

Changed your mind about an order? No worries, you’ve got 28 days to get in touch and organise a return and refund. Just use the contact details below to do so.

Can I get my Fetch order delivered with my standard Ocado order?

Yes, you can - and it’s free! You’ll be prompted to add your Fetch order to an existing Ocado order at the checkout.

Do I need to be home to collect my Fetch delivery?

If you won’t be home, make sure you get in touch - you can leave instructions in the ‘driver’s notes’ section, but for all Ocado orders, you’ll need to give the team a call to confirm it’s okay to leave your shopping.
