How do I use my Lush discount code?

Select your deal, and copy the applicable code if one is provided. Follow the link through to the Lush website. Browse the store and add items to your basket as you go.

When you’re ready to check out, select the bag icon at the top of the screen and enter your details or log into your account as required. On the payment page, you’ll have the option to enter your code - or, if it’s a code-less deal, you’ll see your discounts applied in the subtotal.

When will my Lush delivery arrive?

There are a few delivery options available from Lush - standard delivery takes 3-5 days and costs £3.95, next day delivery costs £6.95, and weekend delivery costs £8.95.

What is the Lush returns policy?

Changed your mind about a purchase? Get in touch with the team to arrange a return - if your items have already been delivered, you have 14 days to get in touch and arrange a return, after which you’ll have a further 14 days to get the items back to Lush for a refund.

Are Lush products vegan?

Lush is a vegetarian company, and about 80% of Lush products are currently vegan-friendly, too. There are a few products that contain ingredients like milk, honey, lanolin and eggs. All vegan products are clearly marked and the Lush team are always working to make new products as accessible as possible to everyone!
