How do I use my Notino discount code?

Select the offer that takes your fancy and copy the discount code or keep it somewhere safe. Follow the link provided through to Notino.com and add items to your cart as normal. When you're ready to checkout, follow the shopping bag link at the top of the screen to review your items, and paste the code in the ‘coupon code’ box available on the left of the screen. Don't forget to click 'apply'!

How much does Notino shipping cost?

Standard shipping or DPD pickup costs £3.49, and tracked delivery costs £3.99. UPS Air Mail costs £11.90.

What is the Notino returns policy?

Most items are covered by Notino’s easy returns policy - just send unopened, unused items back within 90 days for a refund! Just be aware that skin and body care products and makeup can’t be returned. Of course, if there’s an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, just get in touch with the team and they’ll sort it for you.
