About Browns @ The Mere Resort

Nestled in the heart of the Mere Golf Resort & Spa, Browns is a contemporary restaurant awarded with two AA Rosettes. The chefs strive to use the freshest seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce whenever possible to prepare a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. Afternoon teas are also on offer, and the Browns Bar features a modestly lit lounge where guests can indulge in a selection of wines and cocktails. The resort boasts its own beehives as well as an orchard bearing fruits, trees, nuts and berries.
