Staff very friendly and food very good but bags the food is put in to carry home split open and one of the cans of drink fell out and split open where it hit the road. So they need to have stronger bags

Lovely little shop in nice location, staff were very polite and hospitable, there was a small 60p charge for the actual toppings which I think was cheeky but still a bargain, bubble tea was decent size and full of flavour.

Disappointed that they had removed Pina Colada. Otherwise service was excellent and staff friendly. I have requested them to reinstate Pina Colada. Definitely recommend them.
