Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was very disappointing from start to finish. There were ongoing issues with communication and booking, and on arrival there was confusion about my appointment. I was left waiting outside while trying to clarify access, which was stressful and unnecessary. Although I arrived early for my appointment, the clinic was not prepared, and the overall organisation felt poor. It was difficult to contact anyone directly beforehand, and I only received prompt communication after leaving a negative review. During the treatment, I was advised that I was not suitable for the advertised two-cup treatment, and only one cup was used. This meant I was unable to receive the full service that I had paid for. The treatment was also significantly more painful than similar treatments I have had elsewhere, which raised concerns for me. The environment felt overly informal for a clinical procedure, with excessive personal conversation from staff and an over-familiar tone. While the staff may be friendly, professionalism and adapting to client needs is important in this setting. I travelled a long distance in good faith and was willing to do so based on previous positive experiences with other providers. Unfortunately, this clinic did not meet those expectations. When I requested a fair adjustment or refund for the unused portion of the package, this was refused, and the response was defensive rather than solution-focused. Overall, I did not feel valued as a customer, and I would not return or recommend this service. As I have been unable to resolve this directly, I am now pursuing formal escalation through the appropriate channels. I would encourage prospective customers to carefully review terms, communication practices, and suitability assessments before purchasing.

Review for LLA (formerly London Body Centre) I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. There is no one available at the clinic to answer calls or welcome clients in person. The only way to contact them is by email, but the responses are automated, impersonal, and provide very limited information. The emails don’t include a name, so you never know who you’re dealing with. The person managing the emails demonstrated poor customer service and communication skills. I was pressured to take appointments I couldn’t attend, and after a long exchange of emails, I finally secured one only for it to be cancelled without a proper explanation. When I questioned this, the replies I received by email were rude, humiliating, and even threatening, which left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. In hindsight, I wish I had read other reviews before booking. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic save your time and money by looking elsewhere. Check Google and trust pilot too. Avoid this place, they are not processional. Their 5 star reviews are fake, they are from the students that she trained. I have evidence if requested I can always send it in.

Worst experience ever Absolutely terrible service. You can’t reach anyone by phone — only slow and confusing emails. They book appointments without asking, and when you say the time doesn’t work, they cancel everything and mark it as “no-show”, so you lose your money for nothing. This is completely unprofessional and dishonest. They act like they’re providing a service, but in reality, they just take your payment and make it impossible to get what you paid for. ⚠️ I strongly don’t recommend this place. Stay away — save your time, money, and peace of mind.

Avoid, avoid avoid!! Firstly, this company processed my voucher as redeemed even before I had booked an appointment. Due to no availability, I wished to cancel. Groupon were unable to make this quick transaction due to them marking the voucher as redeemed. It took over 2-3 wks to get my money back. However, this review is also based on the fact I have had threatening emails and constantly being bombarded with court action and defamation etc etc as I left a negative Google review based on the above. All businesses go through receiving a negative review, you can't bombard and threaten people for leaving a negative one!! They have caused more issues by doing this as I am telling people to avoid this company based on the constant threatening emails. One of the emails was sent on a Sunday giving me 24hrs to respond and then keep escalating the threats if I don't, which they did. I am now going to contact Groupon and forwarding all the emails they have sent me. They have done themselves for harm than good.
