This merchant has taken the money, cancelled the appointment last minute offering a refund and then disappeared. It's a scam! Don't buy!! I am taking in up with Groupon and Court Court Claim if necessary.

I am saddened to write this review. I bought a Groupon massage for myself before Christmas and contacted Amy in the new year. We organised a date for a few weeks later , when I arrived that day for my 11.30 appointment . I realised as Amy came out with her previous appointment and started to talk to a little girl waiting that this was her daughter, who was off school sick . I could hear her saying to her that she had one more person to see , as a mum and grandma I felt for their situation and offered to reschedule. Amy was very grateful and when she discovered as we rescheduled where I lived was horrified how far I had come . She very kindly said that as I had been so understanding she would a second massage free of charge . On the day of my rescheduled appointment she sent me a WhatsApp apologising, as she had booked me in on a day that she wasn't working and said that needed to reschedule. She asked me to forward a suitable date and time , which I did . A week later I not heard anything , so I chased again and she confirmed the date that I had said . Unfortunately as my first two times had been set at 11.30 , I wrongly assumed this one was as well . Meaning that when arrived for the my first actual massage what I thought was 10 minutes early , I was actually 20 minutes late . So after apologising, completing the health questionnaire, I only received 20 minutes of my massage , I appreciate that I got the time wrong . But since then I have messaged Amy three times to book in my complimentary massage and I have been completely ignored . It is now three weeks since my 20 minute massage , so it is fairly clear that she has no intention of honouring her offer . So no, I can not recommend Amy Clark , as this is not a good honest way of running a business and treat customers.
