Marvellous food but let down by mediocre service. We stood for 15 mins before being shown to a table and the waiter never asked us if everything was okay nor offered a refill of our drinks.

Excellent service and lovely food. Maybe more choice in teas would be nice but throughly enjoyed the experience.

Enjoyable afternoon with my husband, was a little put off when I booked, as I had to call and change the date due to work, and although I gave 8 days notice, I was told by the lady on the phone that "I can change the booking this time, but I won't be able to change it for you again karen" however we enjoyed our afternoon, and was served by a nice friendly young girl, and the cakes were very nice.

Had a lovely sparkling afternoon tea!! All fresh and homemade and varied, catered for our request of no butter on sandwiches and no fish.Extra tea offered and made to feel most welcome by the friendly staff. Highly recommend....an enjoyable afternoon.

This was a really lovely afternoon tea with my family, the food was delicious, the setting is lovely, a really warm friendly atmosphere. The staff were so welcoming and lovely. Would definitely recommend. The only sadly negative feedback I would say is that I think the dress code for staff needs addressing...it looks very unprofessional. Couldnt fault anything otherwise. Thank you. :-)
