The people who worked there were really nice. I wasn’t happy with my hair though which was the point of going! I had very long hair just past my waist & I said that I wanted a few inches off, like the dead ends. My hair has a now pretty much shoulder length! 😭 The hair dresser cut a small amount off at the start (like what I asked for) and asked if that was ok so I said yes because it was. Then a lot more was cut off & my hair is a good 7 inches shorter! Also the Groupon should really state that if you don’t pay an extra £10 when you get there then they will not cut any layers whatsoever, like not even chip into the bottom! I’ve never experienced this before as I thought that was part of a haircut. Like I said on a positive note, the people who worked there were nice & I didn’t mention that I didn’t like my hair because it can’t exactly be stuck on again so I didn’t see the point! Maybe I should have done but I don’t see how it would have helped. My hair now has a Lego hair look about it 😒

I’ve given 2 stars because they are lovely people It was an ok haircut there is a long straight line however I’ve got to be honest my hair was already bleached so bleaching wasn’t necessary for the small small piece at the front and next there was foils put at the front not necessary could of just been a toner on its own the point is you will be told that you are getting discount with groupon you will be told that but there seems to be extras suggested to you again telling you you are getting good deals for me and the other lady included in my voucher wash cut and blow dry and full head color on very short hair I had a small slice of different colored hair on the front literally one small slice and it cost £50! They told the lady next to me £25 and she had long hair I wasn’t told it was going to be £50 I expected £25 I did speak to them but they justified it by telling me how much it should cost that seems to be the consensus being told how much it should cost I didn’t have the strength to argue but I won’t go back I even feel guilty for writing this but I need to make others aware

My experience at this salon on 22.4.24 was incredibly disappointing. The hairdresser lacked basic communication skills, leading to confusion and frustration from the outset. The salon was unkempt, and cleanliness standards were lacking. The owner displayed unprofessional behavior and seemed indifferent to customer satisfaction. Throughout the appointment, there were numerous issues, including refusal to comply with color requests, excessive pulling and knotting of hair, and unexpected additional charges for services that should have been included. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and customer comfort was not prioritised. I was left feeling deceived and cheated, particularly as a first-time customer. The manager's excuse that she "doesn't make any money on Groupon" is unacceptable. In conclusion, my experience wasn't good. The owner did apologise but the damage was already done. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but customers shouldn't feel the brunt of it.

The service was not what I expected. The wash lasted a total of less than 4 minutes. I felt I would have done a better job myself. Then had the cut, with the blow dry which took some time. After the blow dry, nothing was applied to my hair, unlike other saloons, which apply nourishing oils for the same service. It felt like having a haircut by a trainee on their first day. Nothing that stood out really.
