There was a slight delay with my appointment due to holidays on both sides but Eda was helpful on the phone and it all got sorted in the end; it was worth the wait. I got the lash lift and the black/blue tint last week and my lashes look amazing a few days on. Had lots of compliments already, they look like false lashes in a good way. No mascara needed for the new couple of months :). Eda has a warm energy and made me feel comfortable as it was my first time getting this treatment. It’s definitely worth getting the test patch if you haven’t had this treatment before just to check the products used work for you and you’re not allergic. Thank you :)

Totally unprofessional. She made me wait 45 minutes without even informing me before. I had a brow lamination and tint and the result was awful. She was not sure about the colour and she was asking me which colour I prefer .. the lamination was not done properly. I had to wash it straight after I went home. It was so terrible. Such a waste of money!!!!!
