As we have already spoken before you have left this feedback, treatments require time, consistency and patience. During your consultation we explained that your skin is pigment prone and that there is always a possibility of post-inflammatory pigmentation with certain treatments. For this reason, we recommended a course of multiple sessions along with supportive treatments such as LED therapy and skin boosters to help optimise results and support the skin’s healing process. You chose to proceed with a single session only. After your treatment, when you contacted us with your concerns, we again explained that post-inflammatory changes can sometimes occur, particularly in pigment-prone skin types, and that this is why a structured treatment plan is normally recommended. We always aim to provide thorough consultations and honest advice so clients can make informed decisions about their treatments. Wishing you the best of luck!
