Elysium Spa, Broxbourne

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Elysium Spa through this Groupon deal. The spa facilities were overcrowded, unclean, and had mold in the showers—far from the relaxing experience advertised. After my treatment, I purchased an ELEMIS product that caused a painful reaction despite following instructions. When I complained, the spa claimed they weren’t responsible for the facilities because they’re managed separately, nor were they responsible for the reaction caused by the product I bought from them, which is ridiculous since the deal was sold as a package. They refused to offer me any refund and only offered a discount for future treatments, which I find unacceptable as I wouldn't like to go back there given the experience I had. I tried resolving this directly but got nowhere.
