About Tropical Sushi

Located on Western Road, Tropical Sushi is a Brighton and Hove-based restaurant specialising in Japanese sushi with a Latin twist. Their passionate staff hail from Venezuela and Colombia, taking pride in recreating the tastes and flavours of South America in their sushi craft and sourcing ethically sustainable fish from local fishermen wherever possible. In addition to a variety of traditional sashimi, nigiri and maki options, a selection of fusion rolls and tempuras is on offer. Customers can also master their sushi crafting techniques during workshops or hire the venue for private parties and events.
